Om mig

Jag doktor i evolutionär antropologi (University College London 2015), samt docent i demografi.

​

Min forskning kretsar oftast kring orsaker till - och konsekvenser av - olika sorters familjekonstellationer. Just nu handlar min forskning bland annat om vem som skaffar barn med vem, och vad som händer sen. Jag har tidigare undersökt hur polygami (månggifte) är kopplat till barns hälsa, samt vilka kvinnor i Sverige som drabbas hårdast efter en separation.

Under 10 år studerade och forskade jag i Storbritannien men är sedan 2016 anställd vid Stockholms universitet. Jag är även affilierad med Åbo Akademi, Finland.

 

Jag brinner för popularisering av forskning, speciellt av ämnen som familjen där det finns många myter och missuppfattningar.

​

Jag är gift, har tre barn och bor i Stockholm.
